Daniel O. Taube, JD, PhD

Dr. Taube will address providing services to children and adolescents in divorced, divorcing or never-married families where the parents or custodians are in conflict. He will focus on the ethical aspects of consent to services, as well as records access. We will then turn to anticipating risks to the minor, the treatment and the psychologist. He will also propose methods of addressing the complexities of such work.
