Peer Consultation for Psychologists During and Beyond the Pandemic (Archived)

Burnout and clinician isolation increased during the pandemic and professional consultation became less available due to social distancing and remote or hybrid work. Drs. Miu and Cox will discuss assessment tools to identify needs for peer consultation and effective consultation group practices. They will present a case example of a peer consultation group to demonstrate how peer consultation can support psychologists and mitigate unique challenges throughout the pandemic.
