Description
This 3-hr webinar offers an in-depth application of exposures for negative thinking habits and behavioral activation across diagnostic presentations. Motivation, engagement, and distress tolerance will be emphasized. Clinical examples will highlight practical techniques, generalization across settings, and strategies for sustaining change.
